“Ledo College was founded to bring higher education within reach of the families of the coalfield belt. Nearly five decades later, that promise still guides us: honest teaching, disciplined evaluation, and a campus where a first-generation learner is given the same attention as anyone else.”
Our departments continue to strengthen research output, ICT-enabled teaching and outreach through NSS and NCC units.
Dr. P. K. Borgohain
Principal, Ledo College

Voices
The Department of Economics gave me the research grounding that carried me through my postgraduate studies at Dibrugarh University.
Teachers here know every student by name. As a parent, that reassurance matters more than any brochure.
Our NSS unit runs coalfield-community health drives every winter — the college backs student initiative fully.
